I visited www.namecheap.com and decided that a good name for my portfolio would be sofiaminasian.com. The cost per year is $11.28.
I chose to use my own name because it is simple and clearly shows that this is my personal portfolio.
I researched www.hostgator.com and the name of the package I chose to go with is the Pro Plan. The monthly cost of this plan is $13.95. This plan has many features including a free site migration tool, ware scanning, free CDN and much more. I chose this plan because it offers more benefits than the basic hatchling plan and is ideal for my portfolio.
I plan to use this portfolio for showcasing my Web Development projects including HTML and CSS assignments. I may add more content in the future, including images
